All events conducted under Combat Smack Fighting rules are approved and overseen by the designated sanctioning body or state athletic commission
Basic Overview:
*Smacking, not punching
*Padded foam square‑mit boxing gloves
*Three rounds
*One minute per round
*One minute rest period between rounds
*Bouts may be designated as amateur or exhibition
